About the experience

Every founder you know is running on a stack of unexamined decisions. This is six days of taking the stack apart somewhere the phone barely works.

Ladakh in November is cold, clear and almost empty. We use that. Mornings are facilitated — structured sessions on decision-making, attention and how you actually spend your week. Afternoons are the mountains. Evenings are conversations that don't happen in an office.

It's a leadership retreat that doesn't involve a hotel conference room, a whiteboard, or a single trust fall.

Is altitude a problem?

It can be. Leh is 3,500m and the passes go higher. Day one is a mandatory rest day for that reason. If you have a cardiac or respiratory condition, get clearance from a doctor before booking and tell us.

Can we book this for a whole team?

Yes — this trip runs as a private booking for a single company as well as a mixed departure. Get in touch and we'll scope it.

How cold is November in Ladakh?

Daytime around freezing, nights well below. Everything we use is heated, and we send a detailed packing list once you book.

Is there phone signal?

Patchy in Leh, mostly none beyond it. Only Indian postpaid SIMs work in Ladakh at all. That's a feature.
